I am Associate Director of Machine Learning in the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE) of IQVIA, located in Beijing China. Before joining IQVIA, I got my Ph.D. degree from University of Chinese Academy of Science, in 2016, and was a Senior Researcher in Tencent Medical AI Lab and Research Scientist in IBM Reesarch China. Focus on virous Healthcare+AI Model/Algorithm/System development.

• Oct 31 2020: Our paper ‘CorGAN: Context aware Recurrent Generative Adversarial Network for Medical Image Generation’ is accepted by BIBM2020(CCF Rank B conference) as short paper
• Oct 25 2020: Our paper ‘FLANNEL: Focal Loss Based Neural Network Ensemble for COVID-19 Detection’ is accepted by Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association(JAMIA)
• Aug 2020: PyHealth (a python library for Healthcare AI) is released! (As Core Designer&Developer).
• May 2020: For severe Covid19, we make the detailed benchmark comparison on Xray-based deep learning diagnose and present a efficient deep ensemble strategy for accurate diagnose. The work is submitted to JAMIA.
